My name is Yasemin Taylan and I have just completed my Final Year of Architecture at the University of Greenwich and am seeking a Part 1 Architectural Assistant role.
I am a very hard working, and organised individual with a passion for architecture. Always ready to develop new skills and gain new experiences in and outside of my degree. Using software's such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign / Photoshop with the combination of my passion for model making aids in the complexity of my projects. Almost all of my projects include vigorous testing and experiments through model making. I learn from the models and have found it helpful to understand the practicality of what it is I am designing – something that looks structurally sound on paper, might collapse in real life.
Aside from architecture, I also have a passion for Football. Having played football for 10 years as a Left Winger in various different clubs (AFC Leyton, Ridgeway Rovers FC, Enfield Town FC) I have developed teamwork / communication and time management skills and have learnt to adapt my style of play from team to team.
